Having lived in Hot Springs since 1987, Todd has extensive knowledge of the city and understands the uniqueness of being located in a national park and the economic diversity that tourism and retirement bring to the area. A licensed Realtor for over 25 years, Todd has proven experience in commercial sales and leasing, as well as residential and Lake Hamilton luxury homes. His multifaceted business and marketing background, paired with the ability to work with state and local officials, offers a wealth of valuable knowledge, experience, and insight to his clients. Todd is a Multi-Year, Multi-Million Dollar member of the Hot Springs Board of Realtors. He is an Accredited Buyer Agent Representative (ABR), awarded by the National Association of Realtors, and was awarded the 2022 Hot Springs Realtor of the Year.

Todd has a strong conviction for giving back to the community. He was the 2011 Chairman of the Board for The Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce, 2016 Chairman of the Hot Springs Metro Partnership (Economic Development Board), served as District Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America, and is himself an Eagle Scout. Todd was the campaign chairman for the “Once Cent for Safety” campaign, raising over forty-two million dollars to build a new detention center to help keep criminals behind bars and off the streets. Todd also served on the national public relations committee for Camp Quality Arkansas, an organization that helps children with cancer.

He has a passion for music, attempts to play the guitar, enjoys a good game of Baggo, is a loyal KSU football fan, but also pulls for all Razorback sports. Todd is married, has two daughters, and is currently an Executive Broker for the Coldwell Banker RPM Group real estate offices in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
